We love our Mothertime Marketplace Tribe!  Our MM Tribe is made up of our consignors who are moms, dads, and grandparents.  Without our tribe, we would not be able to pull off an event of this size!  The MM Tribe helps with set up, check-in, assisting shoppers, organizing,

and the take-down process.

PERKS FOR THE MM TRIBE

 

• FREE pre-sale pass for you AND your spouse or mother, that takes place the night before we open to the public.(this means the first pick on all merchandise)!

• Consignors who join the MM TRIBE will receive 70% of their sales (instead of the minimum 55%).

• MM Tribe members that work 2 or more shifts get in FIRST to the pre-sale and FIRST to half-off sale.  They also get paid first!

• As a consignor, your spouse can join the tribe for you...we love our husband helpers!

MM TRIBE GUIDELINES

• You must be a registered consignor to join the MM Tribe.

• You can not schedule a drop-off appointment during your MM Tribe shift.  Please schedule this right before or right after your shift.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

• We can not extend or shorten the MM Tribe shifts.

• PLEASE show up on time for your shift. If you can not make it on time, please do not choose that shift.

• We can not allow children to come with you to a MM Tribe shift.

• To receive credit for your volunteer shift you must sign our MM Tribe book when you arrive.

• Cancellation policy: If you will not be able to work the shift you signed up for, we must receive a cancellation notice via email ONE WEEK before your shift or you will be charged a $25 fee.  Husbands and friends can cover your shift for you.

Volunteer Advertising Media Coverage- help us with radio, television or newspaper coverage and receive complimentary Pre-sale pass AND 1 complimentary 1/2 Off Day Pre-sale pass.
